Water-soluble non-stick coating based on a mixture of refractory fillers (quartz, aluminum silicate)

Application
Insulating refractory coating for metal molds in the production of cylindrical steel and iron castings by the centrifugal casting method. Before use, it is thoroughly mixed to a homogeneous state.
The coating is delivered in a ready-to-use form, but if necessary, it can be slightly diluted with water. The coating is applied to the surface of the mold at a temperature of 150/200°C, consumption depending on the desired layer thickness.

It is recommended to apply the coating with an airless sprayer with a minimum layer thickness of 0.8-1 mm.
