Application
It is used for the manufacture of rods and molds in the production of steel and iron castings using fresh and regenerated sand, suitable for furnace and non-furnace molding.
The resin is used together with hardeners of RSF brands – TRAGUM,
hardening time is possible from 15 to 120 minutes, depending on the hardener used (see the technical sheets on the hardener). 
“Recommended dosage and mixing sequence:
1) Dry clean sand – 100%
2) Hardener RSF-TRAGUM – from 15% to 30% of weight of resin.
3) Resin RESOFEN PLUS.SETTE – from 1% to 1.5% of the weight of sand.
When using in a mixture of regenerated sand, add water in the amount of 15% to 20% of the weight of the resin.
