Application
“Recommended dosage and mixing sequence:
1) Dry clean sand – 100%
2) Hardener RSF-TRAGUM – from 15% to 30% of weight of resin.
3) Resin RESOFEN PLUS.SETTE – from 1% to 1.5% of the weight of sand.
When using in a mixture of regenerated sand, add water in the amount of 15% to 20% of the weight of the resin.

It is used for the manufacture of rods and molds in the production of steel and iron castings using fresh and regenerated sand, suitable for furnace and non-furnace molding. The resin is used together with hardeners of RSF brands – TRAGUM,
hardening time is possible from 15 to 120 minutes, depending on the hardener used (see the technical sheets on the hardener).
