RESOL CO2

Описание RESOL CO2 процесса

Резол-СО2 процесс  — название связующей однокомпонентной системы, состоящей из ощелаченной фенолоформальдегидной смолы. Смола смешивается с песком в количестве 1-3% от веса песка, после чего  продувается газом СО2, который направляется в закрытый стержневой ящик. Для данного процесса можно использовать практически все виды песков: кварцевый, хромитовый, цирконовый, оливиновый. Высокая начальная прочность и текучесть смеси позволяют изготавливать стержни со сложной геометрией и гарантированной плотностью. К преимуществам СО2 процесса можно отнести:

— Низкое выделение летучих органических веществ

— Отличное качество поверхности литья

— Легкая выбиваемость

— Лучшая текучесть песчано-смоляной смеси в сравнении с ЖСС
