Application
It is used for No-Bake painting of molds and rods in the production of steel and thick-walled cast iron castings. HYDROLAC ZR T2 is a universal application zirconium coating. For application with a brush, the product is ready to use or slightly diluted.
To apply the coating by spraying, dipping or pouring, it should be diluted with 10-15 parts of water to a density of 70-80 Bé and a viscosity of 13-15 seconds according to DIN4.
The optimal proportion of dilution is determined experimentally for each production, because depends on the conditions of use and the desired result.
Before using the diluted product, it is necessary to mix it thoroughly.
Note: the product contains water and freezes at a temperature between 0 and -15 ° C, to restore the working properties, heating to a temperature above 0 ° C and thorough mixing is recommended.
