No-Bake phenolic urethane system (PEP-SET process)

The PEP-SET phenol-urethane system is a process for manufacturing sand-resin molds and rods using phenol-formaldehyde resin, isocyanate activator, and a liquid catalyst based on heterocyclic amines in a solvent. The system is suitable for making molds and tracks from quartz, chromite, zircon and olivine sands.
The process is completely waterless and provides the best casting surface quality.
