Application:
The resin is used together with HARDENER 
CA acid catalysts, the curing time is possible from 10 to 120 minutes depending on the catalyst used (see
technical sheets for catalysts).
Recommended dosage and mixing sequence:
1) Dry clean sand – 100%
2) Catalyst – from 20% to 60% of the resin weight
3) ECOFUR 6100 EXTRA resin – from 0.8% – 1.2% of the weight of sand
Note: for fast hardening or for the winter season, it is necessary to select hardeners with high reactivity.
A resin with good reactive and strength characteristics for the production of rods and molds for gray and high-strength cast iron using regenerated sand, with a low consumption of hardener.
