Application
The binder LEGANOL EB 100 (component “A”) is used together with the isocyanate activator LEGANOL NA (component “B”) in a ratio of 1: 1.
The recommended consumption of binders is from 0.
5% to 1% and depends on the type of sand used. The mixture has a long life and the produced rods have a long shelf life.
Note: it is recommended to always use LEGANOL EB 100 in combination with materials produced by F.LLI MAZZON S.P.A.,
if it is necessary to mix with products of other manufacturers, it is necessary to obtain confirmation of the possibility of carrying out this operation. It is recommended to use thoroughly dried sand and store the manufactured rods in dry rooms.
